Comments
When visitors leave comments on our website we collect the information shown in the comments form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms
When using our Contact Form we will ask you for your full name and email address, which we use to process your enquiry. This information is held in our inbox until required for communication purposes only. Unless you explicitly opt in to our Mailing List your information is only held for the scope of the communication.
Mailing List Opt-In
If you chose to join our Mailing List you are opting in to receive communications and marketing material from our website. Your information is stored on a secure database and you will only receive information relating to our events and services. You may unsubscribe from this Mailing List at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of these emails.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
